To get the best out of your trial, follow our simple 90-day guidelines to ensure proper usage and an easy return process if needed.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your results by the end of the trial, you can return the product for a full refund.

 

 

1. You must have proof of purchase from Smugle Beauty to be eligible for the trial.

2. Once your order arrives, email us at info@smuglebeauty.com with the subject line “90-Day Trial” to activate your trial.

3. Use the product for at least 80 days but no longer than 90 days, as instructed in the user manual.

4. If you aren’t satisfied with your results, contact us via email, sharing your experience and requesting a refund.

5. Upon approval, return the product (with its original packaging and components) through a traceable mail service within the 90-day period to the address provided by our team.

6. Once we receive the product, the full purchase price will be refunded. Please note that shipping costs for both sending and returning are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.

 

To qualify for a refund, all steps listed above must be completed.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Smugle Beauty and excludes any returns without proof of purchase.

Smugle Beauty reserves the right to deny refunds if the conditions of the policy are not met.

 

No worries! We also offer a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind purchases. If you decide it’s not for you, just contact us within 30 days, and return the unused product in its original, sealed packaging for a hassle-free return.
